In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, products made to order or personalized are neither returned nor refunded, except in the case of a manifest defect or error on our part.

Items in stock (non-personalized)
14-day right of withdrawal upon receipt.
Return at the customer's expense, refund within 7 days of receipt and verification.
