General Conditions of Sale (GCS) – De Londas

1. General Information

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sales of products made on the official De Londas website. By ordering a product, you accept the conditions below.

2. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are not contractually binding. De Londas reserves the right to modify or withdraw a product without prior notice.

3. Price

Prices are quoted in euros (€), including VAT , excluding delivery charges. The applicable price is the one in effect on the date of the order.

4. Order

Any order placed on our site implies full acceptance of these general conditions.

5. Payment

Payments are made online via secure means (Bank Card, PayPal, etc.).

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery to mainland France takes approximately 2 to 5 business days.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product to us (unworn, unused) and request a refund.

8. Disputes

Any dispute will be subject to French law. In the event of disagreement, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
